Enhanced occupancy comfort through the implementation of individual temperature controls for all classroom and administrative spaces.
Indoor Air Quality improvement via the installation of advanced mechanical air cleaners throughout the facility.
Building Management System (BMS) integration featuring new digital controls for optimized energy performance and system monitoring.
University of Mississippi – Natural Products & Faser Hall HVAC Controls Upgrade

Project Scope:
Phase II HVAC controls upgrade for two occupied laboratory buildings totaling over 188,000 sqft.
Laboratory-focused project to increase building comfort, pressurization, safety, and energy efficiency.
Retrofit of existing supply/exhaust air Phoenix valves and fume hoods with new Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
Addition of new DDC control valves for laboratory heating water coils.
Specialized scope for the Natural Products Vivarium to provide individual room pressure control and ductwork modifications.

Carver Elementary Cooling Tower Replacement ESSER III
Client: Meridian Public School District
Project Location: Meridian, MS
Project Scope:
Relocation of an existing cooling tower from Meridian High School to a new enclosure at Carver Elementary School.
Demolition and removal of the existing cooling tower at Carver Elementary.
Construction of a new fenced-in limestone enclosure on a new concrete pad with structural framing for the relocated tower.
Installation of a new condenser water pump and new underground condenser water piping run from the existing mechanical room.
Integration of the relocated cooling tower with the existing Building Management System (BMS).
Reuse of the existing chiller, which remained operational during construction.

Richland High School Renovations
Client: Rankin County School District
Project Location: Richland, MS
Project Scope:
New construction of a two-story educational facility totaling approximately 51,445 square feet.
Comprehensive engineering design and construction administration for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
First-floor instructional and administrative wing (26,470 SF) featuring a library, computer lab, choral center, technology/discovery rooms, and office suites.
Second-floor specialized laboratory wing (24,975 SF) including biology and chemistry labs, a general science lab, an art room, and a food lab.
Customized system integration to support diverse programmed spaces, ranging from high-occupancy choral areas to specialized laboratory ventilation and plumbing requirements.
Madison Central Auditorium Chiller Replacement
Client: Madison County School District
Project Location: Madison, MS
Project Scope:
Removal of the existing air-cooled chiller serving the auditorium.
Installation of a new air-cooled chiller on the existing equipment pad.
Installation of new exterior chilled water piping to connect to the existing system.
Work was performed while the building was occupied, requiring coordination to minimize disruption.

Velma Jackson Gymnasium HVAC Upgrades
Client: Madison County Schools
Project Location: Camden, MS
Project Scope:
Complete HVAC upgrades for the ~18,000 sqft gymnasium.
Demolition and removal of existing condensing units , air handling units (AHUs) , a makeup air unit (MAU) , and associated ductwork and piping.
Installation of new condensing units on the existing concrete pad.
Installation of new indoor twinned furnaces , a new Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) , and a new Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV).
Work includes new ductwork , propane gas piping , and fire dampers.
An alternate includes the replacement of two additional condensing units and their associated indoor cooling-only air handlers.

Grenada USP 797 Pharmacy Renovations
Client: University of Mississippi Medical Center

Project Scope:
Provided the design to upgrade the Grenada Hospital Pharmacy to meet the new compounding guidelines of USP 797
Retrofitted the current system to provide adequate air changes per hour and room pressurization
Provided construction administration for project

UMMC Teaching Kitchen Renovation
Client: University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC)
Project Location: Jackson, MS
Project Scope:
Renovation of an existing space to create a new teaching kitchen, classroom, and support areas.
Mechanical scope included demolition of existing equipment and installation of two new split system heat pumps and associated ductwork.
Installation of five recirculating kitchen hoods, each with integrated fire detection and suppression systems.
Plumbing scope included a new 120-gallon electric water heater, a grease interceptor, and all piping for kitchen equipment and new restrooms.
Extension of the existing fire sprinkler system into the renovated areas.

Madison County Nursing Home HVAC Renovations
Client: Madison County Nursing Home
Project Location: Canton, MS
Project Scope:
Complete HVAC renovation for the occupied ~64,000 sqft facility, requiring extensive phasing to minimize disruption to residents.
Replacement of two chillers with new ~90-ton air-cooled units and two boilers with new 1,000 MBH condensing units, including new primary/secondary pump systems.
Replacement of existing fan coil units in all resident rooms and hallways with a new mini-split system.
Replacement of multiple rooftop dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) and air handling units (AHUs) serving resident wings, the nurse station, and common areas like the dining room, kitchen, and gym.
Replacement of the specialized kitchen ventilation unit (KVU) and the natatorium (pool area) unit.

Saint Luke Methodist Church HVAC Mechanical Plant Upgrades

New 13-story, ~480,000 SF Class A office encapsulating a renovated ~40,000 SF historic judicial building.
Chilled water plant: (3) 875-ton centrifugal chillers + cooling towers; BMS for HVAC, lighting, pumps, and fire pump.
Combination standpipe/sprinkler system; domestic booster; terrace irrigation piping.
Separate 40,000 SF data center with independent (3) 800-ton chiller plant and HX backup from main system.
